This year, our annual OPEN HOUSE will be taking place on Saturday, October 14th at the Fire Hall located at 19240 122a Avenue in Pitt Meadows, from 10am – 2pm

There’s all kinds of great special displays!

This year we are featuring displays from the BC Ambulance Service, SAR, RCMP, CPR Police, the Pitt Meadows Emergency Management Program and the Pitt Meadows Fire Rescue Service.

* FREE REFRESHMENTS & FACE PAINTING.* and a special visit by Sparky the Fire Dog!

The 2017 Fire Prevention Week Campaign message “Every Second Counts: Plan 2 Ways Out!” works to better educate the public about the critical importance of developing a home escape plan and practicing it regularly.  The Pitt Meadows Fire & Rescue Service is working in coordination with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the official sponsor of Fire Prevention Week for more than 90 years, to reinforce those potentially life-saving messages.  Fire Prevention Week is October 8 – 14, 2017.

We look forward to seeing you there!  For more information on Fire Prevention Week, visit the Provincial Government of British Columbia’s Website here
